He was CEO and founder of consulting company that provides management, business development, networking and strategic services. He was chairman of the Cellular Companies Forum and director of  Duke of Edinburgh Youth Award, Masa and Good Will Ambassador and he is also former chairman of the Israeli Student Union. Lior holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relation and Education from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
